Pilates can improve strength, flexibility, posture, balance, and coordination. It can also help reduce stress and tension, alleviate back pain, and improve overall body awareness.
We offer a variety of classes, including traditional Pilates, Power Pilates and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) classes. In addition, we offer personal training sessions that can be changed according to your goals and fitness levels.
All of our classes are 45 minutes long.
There are a lot of benefits to being a full member of the Manhattan Athletic Club, however if you don't need full gym access, you can purchase a limited class membership from this site for $15/mo. in addition to the cost of DMF classes.
We can accept cash or personal check, or you can pay online via credit card. Please be aware that there is a small fee to cover processing costs if you choose to pay via credit card.
