Hi, I’m Rochelle Fenno, the founder of Delicate Moves Fitness. My journey into the world of fitness stems from a deep passion for health and wellness, combined with a desire to inspire others on their fitness paths.
With over a decade of experience as a fitness instructor, I've spent the last 8 years specializing in Pilates and the past 3 years as a certified personal trainer through Peak Pilates and ACE Fitness.
My experience spans working with people of all ages, body types, genders, and fitness levels, making me well-equipped to guide anyone looking to start or enhance their fitness journey.
Outside of training, I love spending time with my family and friends, embracing the beauty and adventure that Montana offers.
DMF High-intensity interval training (HIIT) is a cardio workout that uses weights and involves short, intense bursts of exercise followed by brief recovery periods. These cycles are repeated multiple times and can include a variety of exercises. No two classes are the same.
DMF Pilates is a unique form of strength training that might look different from other exercises you’re used to. While it emphasizes enhancing muscle tone rather than bulking up, the outcome is just as powerful: increased stability and endurance.
DMF power Pilates includes all of the traditional components of Pilates with my own creative twist. In this class we add a number of different props including light weights, pilates circle, pilates ball, exercise ball and more. This is a slightly more rigorous form of my Pilates class.
